Art has been a lifelong thread woven through Robert’s story. Growing up under the California sun, he spent his childhood sketching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Looney Tunes, lowrider cars, and graffiti art—expressing imagination long before ever touching a tattoo machine. Those early drawings sparked a passion that would quietly follow him through every chapter of life.

After spending over 25 years in Corporate America and raising four children, Robert felt the pull to return to his roots—to create, connect, and live with intention. His journey into tattooing began as an apprentice under Leo Gao at 6 Tattoo Studio, where he immersed himself in the craft, learning the discipline, precision, and storytelling that define fine line tattooing. Now a graduate apprentice and the newest tattoo artist at 6 Tattoo, Robert brings a unique blend of life experience, artistry, and heart to every piece he creates.

Before tattooing, Robert’s diverse path included years of service as a Fire Fighter/Medic, where he earned a degree in Fire Science and learned the true meaning of care and resilience. Later, as a Director for a live music venue, he collaborated with major artists, organized charity events, and hosted unforgettable experiences that celebrated creativity and connection.

Today, based in Addison, Texas, Robert channels those same values—dedication, empathy, and authenticity—into tattooing. Each design he creates is more than art on skin; it’s a reflection of a story, a moment, or a feeling worth carrying forever.

A triplet, a father, and a creator, Robert sees tattooing as a bridge between people—an art form that transforms emotion into something lasting. Through his work, he continues to honor a life lived fully, one meaningful tattoo at a time.
