Born and raised in Vietnam, Sony embarked on a transformative journey that led him to the United States.
From a young age, he possessed a natural talent for drawing and a boundless imagination, which fueled his creative endeavors. After completing high school, he eagerly pursued higher education, enrolling in college with aspirations of earning a degree in education. However, his path took an unexpected turn when he realized his true calling lay in the art of tattooing. Despite the reservations of his family, who feared the uncertainties and perceived risks of pursuing a career as a tattoo artist, Sony made the courageous decision to follow his passion. To him, life is a fleeting moment, and he is determined to live it to the fullest, embracing every opportunity to find joy and fulfillment. He firmly believes that happiness is paramount, and he is willing to take risks in pursuit of his dreams.
Throughout this journey, Sony has been fortunate to have the unwavering support of his girlfriend, who has stood by his side through thick and thin. Whenever doubt crept in, she was there to encourage him to persevere, igniting the fire within him to keep pushing forward. Thanks to her belief in him, Sony has transformed his dreams into reality, proudly establishing himself as a tattoo artist.
He's truly grateful to Mr. Leo and his teacher, Ms. Shan, who played pivotal roles in helping him turn his dreams into reality. Mr. Leo consistently showed him the way to reach for his dreams, providing guidance and support every step of the way. Ms. Shan, with her wisdom and encouragement, instilled in him the confidence to pursue his passion wholeheartedly. Specializing in bold, intricate designs, Sony pours his heart and soul into each tattoo he creates, striving to exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression on those who wear his art. As he continues to hone his craft, he is eager to explore new styles and techniques, pushing the boundaries of his creativity with every stroke of the needle.
What truly sets tattooing apart for Sony is the profound connection it fosters with his clients. Each tattoo carries a unique story, representing a deeply personal journey or a cherished memory. He is passionate about listening to these stories, learning about the significance behind each design, and weaving them into his artwork with reverence and respect.
